The Whole Athlete Approach
Our goal is to help athletes become "whole" in their approach to sport, wellness and life. Without optimal health in both body and mind, the athlete cannot reach his or her potential. We encourage balance between athletics and other areas in one's life and espouse the principles of yoga philosophy in our approach. These principles include non-harming, truthfulness, self-study and dedication.

The holistic nature of the Whole Athlete program integrates the essential aspects of optimal performance to help you explore your highest potential.

Heart Rate Training ($195/mo)

Includes:
-       Initial Consult
-       Training program adjusted as needed
-       Contact w/ coach 1 time per week by phone – no limit on emails
-       Assessment of strengths and limiters (Physical and Mental)
-       Pre and post race discussion
-       Heart Rate Training
-       Basic Nutrition Assessment

Power Training ($275/mo)

Includes:
-       Initial Consult
-       Training program adjusted as needed
-       Contact w/ coach 1 time per week by phone – no limit on emails
-       Assessment of Strengths and Limiters (Physical and Mental)
-       Pre and post race discussion
-       Basic Nutrition Assessment
-       Power and Heart Rate Training
-       25% off a Retul Bike Fit at Estelle Bicycles

"Training Schedule" Packages

These packages include HR or Power training with the major difference being less frequent contact and schedule adjustment. 

Heart Rate Package: $150/mo - program adjusted monthly, phone call every 2 weeks, email anytime
Power Package: $225/mo - program adjusted monthly, phone call every 2 weeks, email anytime

Hourly Skill Sessions ($55/hr)

- Additional on-the-bike skill work or dry-land strength training and plyometrics sessions are available at the rate of $55/hr or $100/2hrs.
